Cancellation Policy

Effective date: May 1, 2025.

Not all cancellations will be accepted.

Cancellation by the participant within 30 days of the course will result in a fee of 50% of the course price. No-shows will be charged the entire course price. If Seattle Implant Institute cancels the course, then the participant will be reimbursed the full course price.
